Care Assistant

The heart of the service — daily support and companionship in clients' own homes.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming)
  • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting clients with medication and appointments

What we look for

A compassionate nature, reliability, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others. No experience required — full training provided.

Senior Care Worker

The bridge between field staff and the office. A leadership role for experienced carers.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring a small team of Care Assistants
  • Conducting spot checks and ensuring care plans are followed
  • Onboarding and shadowing new staff
  • Responding to emergencies and providing high-level personal care

What we look for

Minimum 1–2 years of homecare experience, an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, and strong leadership skills.

Care Coordinator

The brain of the operation — the office-based role that keeps care running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the staff rota and scheduling visits efficiently
  • Matching carer skills and personalities with client needs
  • Liaising with social services, GPs and family members
  • Ensuring all compliance and CQC documentation is up to date

What we look for

Exceptional organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience using care scheduling software.
